HOA Basic Information and Requirements:
The Rancho Sahuarita community has an HOA, known as the Rancho Sahuarita Village Program. This HOA manages the community with the help of Associa Arizona.
Monthly HOA Dues are currently one standard rate for most neighborhoods in the community. Some communities, however, have additional assessments for added features. For more information on dues, please contact Associa Arizona.
Club Rancho Sahuarita:
Located within the community is Club Rancho Sahuarita, which features a full fitness facility, meeting rooms, the Anza Sports Bar, children’s facilities, athletic courts, a playground and Activities Lawn, a full lap pool, and a Splash Park complete with water slides.
Hours of Operation for the Clubhouse are:
Monday – Friday: 5:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
The Clubhouse will have special Holiday Hours which will be posted at the Front Desk prior to the Holiday.
Kids Club Hours:
Monday – Friday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

All permanent residents of Rancho Sahuarita, who are current with HOA Assessments set forth by the Board of Directors, are able to enjoy the use of the Clubhouse and Community amenities. Residents that are renting with at least a 4-month signed lease can also enjoy the amenities. Rancho Sahuarita does not sell any outside memberships to Club Rancho Sahuarita or any of the community amenities. Residents are permitted to bring guests into the facilities by purchasing guest passes for each guest. Guest pass fees are as follows:
Ages 13+: $10.00 each
Ages 4- 12: $5.00 each
The main pool of the Splash Park, (which consists of a 25 meter, 8 lane lap pool), and the spa are open year-round. The pool and spa also have the same hours of operation as Club Rancho Sahuarita.
The Big Bucket Splash Pond and the Slide Pool are seasonal, opening on Memorial Day and closing starting in September each year.
The shaded “Tot Lagoon” pool is heated and is open year-round.
