2016: A New Year, a New You!


If you have made a new year’s resolution to get more active, spend more time outside, lose weight, or try something new, Rancho Sahuarita’s Health and Wellness program is a great place to start. We offer a ton of free activities, classes and events that residents can use to maximize their health.

In 2016, Rancho Sahuarita will also begin its monthly Healthy Living Series – designed to help you learn habits and make choices to maximize your health and well being.

Residents are invited to attend “A New Year, a New You” Healthy Living Lecture on Saturday, January 16th at 11:00 a.m. Staff nutritionist Sarah Marrs will demonstrate how to make small, sustainable lifestyle changes and how to prepare 3 quick and healthy meals in 30 minutes or less! It will inspire you to make more meals at home and focus on making small, sustainable changes for the entire family. No registration is required, and this event is FREE! Residents will also be able to sample the recipes demonstrated.
