Neighbor to Neighbor:  Please remember to help out your friends and neighbors by being mindful of where you are parking your vehicles.  Vehicles cannot be parked so as to prevent the servicing of garbage/recycling cans or block the delivery of mail or access to mailboxes.  Parking priorities should be to park in garages and driveways first.
