Finding Fitness at Club Rancho Sahuarita

When January arrives, many of us have high hopes and aspirations of hitting the gym, working out and getting in great shape for the new year. Low Impact Cardio, Water Aerobics, Yoga/Meditation and Line Dancing classes are great for a low impact workout; while Body Burn, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit Shred and Core and More provide a more challenging and intense workout if you’re looking for something to push you to your limits.

One new addition to the class line up at Club Rancho Sahuarita is PiYo which takes place on Monday nights at 6:00 p.m. and is taught by fitness instructor, Dana. PiYo is a blend of Pilates and Yoga and is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles – all in the same class! Using only your body weight, you will perform a series of high-intensity moves without putting unnecessary stress on your body. Every muscle is worked for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.

Dana says she is hoping to see some new faces in class and added “I would love to help you achieve fitness results by helping you burn calories and get your heart pumping!”
