January Associa Tip of the Month
Residents: Coupon books have been delivered, and special attention should be paid to the new Assessment rate. The new rates are effective January 1, 2017, so if you use your own bank’s bill pay system or the online portal with Paylease, please update with the correct amount to be paid. Otherwise if there is any Assessment amount left unpaid on the 30th of the month, a late fee and interest will be charged.
