New Fall Health and Wellness Classes and Times

Residents: Please make note of some schedule changes for some of our favorite Health and Wellness classes:

*Yoga with Pam will move from Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 am to Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 am
*Spinning will move from Monday and Tuesday at 11:00 am to Monday and Wednesday at 9:00 am
*Water Aerobics will move to the main Clubhouse pool, to be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am
*NEW!! Zumba will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm
