September Associa Tip of the Month: Landscaping Cleanup

With monsoon season 2016 having been in full swing, this is one of the toughest times of the year for landscape crews and homeowners alike.  Bean pod drop and plant growth is at its highest rate during the monsoon season.  It seems like the moment an area or yard is taken care of, another storm comes through and it looks as though nothing has been done.

The landscape crews are out addressing common areas a section at a time, but it may take a few weeks to get to a particular area when you consider the hundreds of acres of common area to cover.

If you see an area of particular concern, please feel free to let us know and we will have someone go by and inspect the area and place on the schedule based on the level of severity.  If you yourself are experiencing issues with getting your yard cleaned up, contact Associa Arizona at tucinfo@associa.us  and we can discuss what options are available through the high growth season.
