Stay Fit – At Home Ab Workout

Seeking some ideas for a good ab workout you can do at home? Our Health and Wellness Director, Christine Moreno, shared these popular moves to get you started. As with all workouts, be sure to stretch and stay hydrated!
1. Plank – Aim for 3 sets. Hold the plank position for 30 seconds to 1 minute each. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Crunches – Complete 3 sets, of 20 reps each.

3. Bird Dogs – Shoot for 3 sets of 20 reps each, alternating sides.

4, Bicycle Crunches –  Complete 3 sets of 20 reps each, alternating sides.

5. Diagonal Toe Reaches – For this move, go for 3 sets of 20 reps each also. Alternate between sides
