This class mixes body sculpting movements with Latin American dances. It includes routines featuring aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.

30-Minute HIIT with Christine

This class focuses on sculpting and toning with full body exercises. This class will utilize body weight, hand weights, bands, and steps or household equivalent items. If you do not have these things, do not worry -you will still be able to participate.

This great full body workout will utilize the slider or gliding disk to target all of your core muscle groups. Don’t worry if you do not have sliders or gliding disks. In place of the sliders, you can use household items such as paper plates, washcloths, Frisbees, or socks.
