Healthy Living Lecture Series

In Spring of 2016, Rancho Sahuarita introduced its newest lifestyle series, the “Healthy Living Lectures.” These lectures are designed to give residents access to helpful and easy tips to aid them in living their best and healthiest lives. Our staff nutritionist/registered dietician, Sarah Marrs, leads many of these lectures.

Past topics have included “A New Year, a New You”, “Eating Healthy While Eating Out” and more. Various organizations also offer lectures in the series, with topics like hospice care and others. Visit ActiveNet here to get more information.
