Construction on New Parque La Coraza is Moving Along Nicely!

The team at Rancho Sahuarita has been hard at work with contractor partners on the construction of the community’s newest neighborhood amenity – Parque La Coraza. Located in the newest neighborhoods south of Sahuarita Rd. and along Rancho Sahuarita Blvd., the new park features dog parks, a basketball court, restroom facilities, a Sonoran Learning Trail, green space and a very special First Responders Tribute.

Crucial elements to any park, including sidewalks, curbs, and concrete areas are nearing completion. Work to both the lighting of the park, as well as on the landscape is continuing. Progress on the building for restroom facilities is continuing and on track as well, and the basketball court should be finished in the later part of this month. Those who pass by can now really see the new park coming to life!

Opening of Parque La Coraza is planned for early June, and residents can look forward to hearing more specifics on all the fun planned around the opening soon!
